Here at Lent Rise School selected pupils are invited to become LRS Buddies. Mrs Small selects KS1 and KS2 pupils who are then trained by Bucks Mind with skills to support their own and their peers wellbeing.
You can spot one of our wonderful LRS Buddies as they will be wearing a yellow lanyard.
What is an LRS Buddy?
- An LRS Buddy is someone who supports you with your problems inside of school
- An LRS Buddy can help inform your teacher if you are not confident enough you tell them your problems yourself.
- An LRS Buddy understands it is important to keep your problems private but they are allowed to tell a teacher
- An LRS Buddy will encourage all children at Lent Rise School to be good, kind and helpful role models.
