As the Admissions Authority for Lent Rise School, our governors formulate and agree our Admissions Arrangements and Policies.
Planned admission numbers are set at 60 new pupils each September for Reception.
Buckinghamshire Council, our Local Authority, organise our pupils admissions for YR ( the first year of primary school) and our In-Year admissions.

Catchment area
The Lent Rise area is defined as follows:-
North to and including Burlington Road, but excluding The Green and Orchardville. East to the county boundary. West to Hitcham Road. South to and including parts of the Bath Road.

All prospective parents are encouraged to visit Lent Rise during the school day on one of our pre-arranged school tours. The Governors of Lent Rise School have arranged for the Admissions and Transport Team of Buckinghamshire Council to administer In year admissions as part of their In Year Co ordination Scheme.

Appeals
Appeals for Lent Rise School are managed by Buckinghamshire Council . You can find out more on Buckinghamshire Council's website.
When to appeal
If you were refused a higher preference school place on 16 April 2024 for September 2024 entry, you should make your appeal before midday on 15 May 2024.
Appeals submitted by midday on 15 May 2024 should be heard by the end of the summer term. Delays may occur due to panel availability and numbers of appeals received.
Appeals made after midday on 15 May 2024 will be heard from September 2024 onwards.
For in-year appeals for immediate entry, make your appeal within 20 school days of the refusal letter. The appeal will be heard as soon as possible.
