First time users:
To activate your School Gateway account, you will need both the email address and mobile number that the school currently hold for you. If you think your details may need updating, please contact the school office as soon as possible.
If you have a smartphone, please download School Gateway from your App store (android or iPhone). Alternatively, you can visit the website www.schoolgateway.com and click ‘New User’. You’ll receive a text message with a PIN number. Use this PIN to log into School Gateway.
It is parent’s responsibility to inform the school if any medical, dietary or collection arrangements change.
If you have logged on before:
Log on to the system using your details and select the days you would like to book.
We will not accept bookings via email, paper form or telephone and parents will be directed to log on to the system to book and pay for their sessions, at the time of booking.
Bookings can be taken up to one week in advance using the system.
Cancellations or changes to bookings require two weeks' notice and must be made by emailing riseandshine@lrschool.co.uk
